About Ranthambore National Park

An indelible impression of a meeting with the pristine nature will leave behind the Ranthambore National Park, which lies in the heart of the Indian state of Rajasthan. It is here, in the tropical jungle, a large number of different animals live: a large population of tigers, as well as no less significant populations of panther, jackal, hyenas, and steppe lynx. You can also meet bears, deer, antelopes, wild boars, gazelles, hares, mongooses and many species of birds.

A spectacular safari in open jeeps in the park along this beautiful Ranthambore Reserve is the dream of many travelers, lovers of extreme rest and unusual adventures. This is an excellent opportunity not only to see animals in their natural habitat, but also get a charge of vivacity, energy and a lot of unforgettable impressions.

Located next to the village of Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan, the Ranthambore National Park serves as an outstanding example of the efforts made under the Tiger Project to preserve the tiger population in the country. Thanks to these efforts, the tigers- the main asset of the park - are becoming more and more active during the day. Here they can be seen in the light of day more often than in any other park or reserve of India: the tigers are basking in the sun or feverishly chasing the sambara near the lakes. Therefore, Ranthambore is probably the ideal place for photographing the life of nature. Here come professional nature photographers from all over the world. In addition to tigers, Panthers live in the park, which can be observed on its outskirts due to the inevitability of conflicts with the tiger population. The valley of Kachida is considered a place where you can see these rather elusive cats. Other inhabitants of the park are marsh crocodile, hyena, reed cat and bear-sponge. Sambar, whose population here is huge, is the main prey of predators. Among other inhabitants of the range, the deer-read, the antelopes nilgau and chinkara. The bird population is represented by black and motley storks, quails, eagles, wild cocks. During the winter months, the park attracts many migratory birds, mainly various kinds of ducks. It is best to explore the park on jeeps, which are given out in the park for rent.

Ranthambore National Park is located in the state of Rajasthan and is considered the best tiger reserve. This is one of the most beautiful places in the world where tigers are easy to observe in natural conditions, especially when the forest dries up, and they are easiest to notice.

One of the best places for bird watching is the fort, which also houses the Ganesha temple, where people from all over the country write to the god with the head of an elephant to invite him to a wedding. The priest of the temple reads these letters to Ganesha a loud.
