Director's Message

A tough task assigned to me when I was requested to write Director's message. Fast Growing Company… Thousands of Happy Customers… Value for Money… Thanks to all supporters… etc… I think every genuine company bother about all above.

What I found uncommon that Monks & Monkeys Travels founded by a Doctor of Medicine, who became professional of the industry in a span of 15+ years of working. When analysing more, then I understand that not only this fact but other things like Name of the Company, Working Culture, Office Atmosphere, Relation to Colleagues, Co-partners and Satisfaction of our Tourists… so many things which are different in a better way. Further realizing that this difference is due to fact that I did not have any roots to travel industry… Neither by family, nor by study. And why so my approach is different. Honesty is the top most priority in Monks & Monkeys Travels.

Well, whatever it is, I assure you to deliver quality travel experience & life time memories.
Happy Travel to You.

Kodaikanal

Kodaikanal , better known as Kodai, is located 120 km north-west of Madurai at an altitude of 2100 meters. The city is located on the spurs of the Palani mountains and is surrounded by wooded slopes, waterfalls and gorges. Kodaikanal is not just a place for those who want to hide from the heat of it, but also for those who are not averse to making fascinating walks through the surrounding forests, to find peace and tranquility.

Markha

The Marka Valley is in Ladakh. Markha Valley is one of the most famous treks of Ladakh Region. It is an amazing trip to get introduced with magical and remote Buddhist Kingdom of Ladakh. While trekking on through this trek tourists passes through beautiful Buddhist Monasteries, Mountain Villages, High altitude pastures of Nimaling and High altitude peak Kangyatse.

Chandigarh

Chandigarh is a very unusual city for India. I spent a few months here and I have very warm, pleasant memories. The city was built in the middle of the last century according to the plan of the famous architect Le Corbusier. He not only designed the key buildings, but also drew a complete plan of the city, divided by sectors.

Madikeri

the city of Madikeri (Mercara), the capital of Kodagu, in the Western Ghats, about halfway between Mysore and the coastal city of Mangalore, is located in undulating hills at an altitude of 1,300 meters. Rare travelers get here, but at the same time this city, with houses covered with red tiles and winding hills, which meet at a noisy bazaar, is very picturesque.

Mandvi

Mandvi Beach situated in the Kutch region of Gujarat, Mandvi Beach is a pristine and tranquil sea shore which is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the region. It is endowed with a calm and clean environment and makes for a peaceful getaway from the city. The silky smooth sand of Mandvi Beach is an inviting carpet which gives way to the salty waters of the Arabian Sea.

South Goa

South Goa is not as lively and populous as the North, it is famous for very different - huge beaches with fine golden fine sand and high-level hotels, with large green areas. The water here is more transparent than on the beaches of North Goa. In South Goa, there are more fishing villages, so local fishermen and boats are part of the exotic southern beaches. Rest here is great for those who want to escape from vanity and remain alone with nature in the maximum "relaxation". And, of course, they has sufficient means for this.

Mayapur

Mayapur is a holy city located on the banks of the Ganges river, at the point of its confluence with the Jalangi, near Nabadwip, West Bengal, India, 130 km north of Kolkata (Calcutta). The headquarters of ISKCON are situated in Mayapur and it is considered a holy place by a number of other traditions within Hinduism, but is of special significance to followers of Gaudiya Vaishnavism as the birthplace of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, regarded as a special incarnation of Krishna in the mood of Radha. It is visited by over a million pilgrims annually.

Neil Island

Neil is a small inhabited island located not far from the noisier and tourist neighbor, Havelock Island. Often it is also called shorter, just Nil . Just two hours by ferry (40 km) from the capital of the Andaman Islands, Port Blair , you arrive on a beautiful tropical island, where mountains of fresh fruit, varied and beautiful beaches and azure warm sea await you.
