About 20 km from Fatehpur is Ramgarh, founded in the 18th century by a group of wealthy merchants Poddar. The main attraction of the city is Ram Gopal Poddar Chhatri which has beautiful scenes of Ramayana painted on its ceilings. Paintings frescoes in Shani Mandir (Temple of Saturn) attract attention. Other local attractions include the Temple of Ganga, the Temple of Ganesh, the Tarachand Ghanshyamdas Poddar Haveli and the Baij Nath Ruia Haveli.
