Kibber advertised as the highest mountain village in the world with highways and electricity. This is a very nice place with traditional Tibetan-style houses inhabited by shepherds, who every morning drive herds of yaks to the poor pastures in the surrounding mountains. In the evening, the animals are noisily returning to the village. Apart from these two events, nothing much happens.
